Gender

The European social partners, UNICE/UEAPME, CEEP and ETUC, are committed to enhancing gender equality on the labour market and in the workplace. In this context, they have a key role to play. They adopted a framework of actions to contribute to the implementation of the Lisbon strategy for economic growth, more and better jobs and social cohesion as well as of the EU legislative  framework on equal treatment between women and men.
