Joint Conference 2016 - Towards a Shared Vision
On 26-27 May This conference, which took place in Brussels on 26-27 May 2016, built upon employers and the ETUC separate activities on apprenticeships (read further down in this report for more details on the separate activity). This enabled the presentation of the findings for each project, as well as further discussion on common priorities.

The conference included two parallel workshops focused on compensation/pay for apprentices and learning outcomes and qualifications of apprenticeship training. Apart from the outcomes of the two separate projects, the conference also provided the opportunity to present ajoint video prepared by the European social partnerson the issue of apprenticeships in Europe as well as a joint statement "Towards a shared vision of apprenticeships".
